We sincerely hope you enjoy your Silhouettes Studio garment, but we understand that sometimes life happens. Please read our newly updated policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel your confirmed order, please email us within 24 hours after submitting your order request. If you change your mind after your order has been processed, you will be subject to an additional deposit charge.

You can reach us at Iamsimplysheldon@gmail.com.  In most cases, we’ll need to cancel your original order and place a new one.

 

Return Policy

Silhouettes Studio is a Made to Measure Design Boutique. Unless your garment is defective, we will not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and deposits are non-refundable due to the fact that deposits are used to purchase fabrics and supplies.  If you happen to find a defect in your garment, we will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 45 days from the date of order delivery or pick up, including custom-sized and custom styled garments.

You may select one of two ways to receive your refund:

• A refund of the item purchase price, made in the original form of payment.

–OR–

• A Silhouettes Studio store credit – this store credit will be for the following: the item purchase price and any relevant customization fee.

For defective garment returns made between 31 and 45 days from the date of order delivery or pick up, you will be eligible for a refund of the item purchase price in the form of a Silhouettes Studio store credit (valid for 6 months). Please note, we do not process refunds for garments returned beyond 45 days from the date of order delivery or pickup.
